The Minimum Order Quantity is 100 pieces for customized bags and 50 pieces for readymade bags, making it accessible for businesses of all sizes, from small startups to large corporations. 

• Bulk Discounts: Attractive discounts are available for larger orders. Contact us for details.

Our partnership with Cogoport ensures not only reliable but also efficient global shipping, providing you with a secure and confident shipping experience.

**Production & Delivery Timeline:**
Please be aware that the production time for customized bags ranges from 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the quantity ordered. For ready-made bags, we will dispatch orders within two business days.

**Shipping Time:**
– **Minimum:** 4 to 8 business days (by air)
– **Maximum:** 20 to 50 days (by sea route), depending on the destination and order volume (LCL or FCL).

Global Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping with comprehensive tracking information provided, keeping you informed and in control of your orders.

**Shipping Costs:**
Courier and transportation charges are to be borne by the customers. These charges can be settled either upfront or post-delivery as per agreed incoterms before finalizing the order.

We ensure secure and convenient international transactions with flexible payment options:

**For All B2B Customers:**
– Payments for small orders can be made via Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
– Supported currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, and other currencies Razorpay supports.

**For Small Order Quantities (up to 1,000 pieces):**
– Payment must be made 100% in advance against the purchase order.

**For Orders Over 1,000 Pieces:**
– **Advance Payment:** 50% required at the time of order confirmation.
– **Balance Payment:** 50% due before dispatch.

**For Large Orders:**
An irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at Sight is also accepted.
– Open account, Documents Against Acceptance (DA), and Usance LCs are not accepted.

At Bagesri International, we prioritize delivering high-quality products tailored to your needs. However, due to the nature of our business, we maintain the following return and exchange guidelines:

Customized Bags: Returns are only accepted if there is an apparent manufacturing defect. Claims require proper delivery proof for verification.

Readymade Bags: Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged upon request for an additional cost to ensure satisfaction before dispatch.

Damaged/Lost Goods: If goods are damaged, lost, or partially received during transit, the customer should immediately report the issue to the shipping or freight forwarder. The shipping or freight forwarder is then responsible for compensation. Bagesri International is not liable for such issues.

 Additional Recommendations:

• Order Confirmation: We strongly advise our clients to meticulously review their order details before finalizing to ensure accuracy and avoid any potential discrepancies.
• Packaging Assurance: All shipments are securely packed to minimize transit damage risks.
• Insurance Option: Customers may opt for additional shipping insurance for peace of mind.
